All-Link outlines ASEAN expansion priorities after IPO — V2 source update

Following its SGX Mainboard debut, All-Link Air & Sea Limited outlined plans to widen its customer base and strengthen its ASEAN presence in a company release dated 6 August 2026.

IPO completion

The offering raised approximately S$20.1 million in gross proceeds. The Singapore public offer was approximately 4.85 times subscribed; the overall offering was approximately 1.44 times subscribed, based on the applications and indications of interest described in the release.

Priorities for the next phase

  • Regional expansion: Vietnam and Thailand are the Group’s primary target markets.
  • Customer diversification: Broaden the customer base alongside its established logistics relationships.
  • Operational development: Expand operations, pursue strategic acquisitions and partnerships, and invest in technology and digital capabilities.

The Company has a call option over a 30% interest in All-Link Vietnam. Any exercise remains subject to conditions including due diligence, valuation and requisite approvals.
